About

Summit Foreign Language School was founded in January 17, 2005 to offer quality, personalized language training to anyone wishing to broaden horizons by enhancing their communication skills.

In 2009 Summit School established a joint cooperation project with Cambridge Select English, based in the U.K. Since then over 70 students have participated in our short term study abroad programme. This allows our students to experience the modern and traditional sides of a European capital city, as well as take part in traditional British school life.

We use the “Family and Friends” and “Headway” English series textbooks published by the University of Oxford, and conduct small classes (10 students in each class). All of our teachers are native English speakers, have years of experience teaching English, and are certified TEFL/TESOL. All of our experienced teachers hold international English teaching qualifications, have all received foreign expert certificates in China and are skilled in using different techniques to allow our students to advance their skills. They know how to bring the best teaching methods and learning experience to students and keep students motivated and passionate about learning English. When they start working at Summit Foreign Language School, they will continue to receive professional development training to ensure that our English teachers maintain the industry’s most advanced teaching standards.

Learning English

Learning English at the Summit Foreign Language Academy doesn’t require memorizing or learning by rote. Our methods of teaching place you in a natural immersive English environment. We integrate listening, speaking, reading, and writing into every second of your learning. Boring English textbooks are replaced by interesting stories.

Just like learning any language, Summit English will take you into a real-life English language environment through the effective use of small classes guided by foreign teachers and being immersed in a multimedia learning environment. Qualified foreign teachers will guide you to master English language skills quickly, and communicate freely without the need for translation and rote learning.

Reading and writing exercises allow students to gain valuable skills.

Each time you complete a new level of our English course, you will further consolidate and enhance your acquired new knowledge through literacy exercises in our English textbooks. However, learning in the classroom is not enough. It takes at least 30 minutes a day of practice to perfect reading and writing English. Our student text book is very important throughout course of teaching. The work book allows you to learn new things and enjoy good learning results.

Small classes guided by native English teachers will help you to achieve oral English breakthroughs.

Our highly qualified foreign teachers who have passed professional training will aid you to systematically improve your spoken English. As an important part of the learning process, small classes led by foreign teachers set up rich interactive activities and immersive role plays designed to improve oral English. Through your exchanges with our foreign teachers and your fellow students, our teachers can affirm your already existing knowledge and answer any questions you may have.
